RESERVATON POLICY....
GUANAJA AIR is committed to fly a schedule that allows our guests to make convenient connections with
all arriving and departing international flights on Roatan. However, GUANANA AIR reserves the right to cancel any Guanaja-Roatan
Shuttle flight and accept On Demand Charter flights if GUANAJA AIR has not recieved any reservations five days prior to the
proposed Shuttle flight.
LUGGAGE POLICY....
1 - 40 lb. bag and 1 lap size carry on per person
Each additional bag (40 lb MAX) will be charged at $50 U.S.
If NOT paid in advance please be prepared to pay pilot in CASH before flight or luggage
will not be accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY....
Any flights cancelled more than 14 days prior to flight will recieve a full refund by check.
Those flights cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled flight will receive a CREDIT for the price of flight.
All credits must be used within 1 year of the date of issue.
Missed Flights....
We adhere to a strict
schedule. Please arrive at the airport 30mins prior to your scheduled departure time. NO REFUNDS for missed flights.

flight for confirmation. Be sure to let your GUANAJA AIR representative know how to contact you while in The Bay Islands.
